With over 41 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to the art and science of piano tuning, repair, appraisal, refinishing, sales, and transportation. Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of tuning more than 15,000 pianos, including those played by renowned artists such as Alicia Keys, Eartha Kitt, Dick Cavett, The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, and Bernie Williams.
In 1999, I launched PianoAnswers.com, the first piano tuner website on Yahoo. My FAQ section gained recognition from editor Fern Marshall Bradley, who quoted me in Shameless Shortcuts, a book published by the editors of Yankee Magazine in 2004. More recently, I created the PianoAnswers Facebook group—a community for piano enthusiasts who share a passion for their instruments.
To all my clients who have entrusted me with their pianos over the years, thank you. Through this journey, I’ve met incredible people and gained invaluable insights—not just about pianos, but about life itself.
